Q: I need to talk to someone. Do I need to make an appointment or can I just walk in?
A: While an appointment guarantees we’ll be able to help you when you arrive, we welcome your visit without an appointment. We will assist you as soon as we are able. For an appointment, call (503) 364-2464.

Q: What type of services do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of services, at no cost to you. These include pregnancy tests and peer counseling, plus referrals for medical services, Oregon Health Plan, WIC, housing, adoption and legal assistance. In addition, we also offer material assistance with maternity and baby clothes, diapers and formula, plus other baby supplies.

Q: Are all your services really free? What’s the catch?
A: Yes, all of our services are offered at no charge and are completely confidential. There is no catch. We’re here to help you.

Q: Do you give referrals to local doctors?
A: Yes we do. We can provide you with a number of local physician referrals.

Q: Do you provide abortions or give referrals for abortion services?
A: No, we do not provide abortion services or give referrals to clinics that do.

Q: Do you give referrals for adoption services?
A: Yes we do. There are several agencies to which we can refer you. See our Adoption section, or contact us for more information.

Q: How do I get to the Salem Pregnancy Resource Center?
A: We are located at 2630 Market St. NE, which is approximately 6 blocks west of the I-5 freeway between Park Ave. NE and Evergreen Ave. NE. Our office is in a large gray house. Here is a map.

Q: Is there bus service to the Center?
A: Yes, bus number 17 will drop you off within a block of our facility whether you’re heading either uptown or downtown.
