The Pregnancy Counseling and Information Center (PCIC) is a not-for-profit Oregon public benefit corporation. As a result of volunteerism and financial donations we are able to provide quality care to our clients at no charge. Our medical professionals and peer counselors volunteer their time. Individuals in and around McMinnville and Newberg make tax-deductible donations to PCIC because they want women experiencing unplanned pregnancies to have the information and care they need to make informed decisions.
